Annual Membership Policy

1. Overview

Our Annual Membership is designed for individuals seeking to enhance professional development through ongoing access to CPR and Continuing Education (CE) training, workshops, and seminars. For an annual fee of $100, members receive exclusive benefits and savings throughout the year.

2. Membership Fee

  • The annual membership fee is $100.00.

  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Member Benefits

Active members receive the following:

  • 10% discount on all eligible CE training courses, workshops, and seminars purchased through the membership portal.

  • Exclusive access to member-only continuing education courses, training, and workshops.

  • Priority access to newly released training dates and special events.

  • Exclusive member-only notifications about upcoming opportunities and promotions.

4. Eligibility

Membership is open to:

  • Individuals age 18 or older.

  • Those who are actively pursuing or maintaining CPR and CE certifications.

5. Renewal

  • Members will be notified via email 30 days before membership expiration.

  • Membership may be renewed annually at the then-current rate.

  • Lapsed members must re-enroll to regain access to benefits.

6. Discount Use Policy

  • The 10% discount applies only to course fees and does not cover materials, deposits, or Fast Track/blended learning fees.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request via email to [insert email.

  • Please note that all fees for online sessions are non-refundable. You will have 24/7 access to the online educational content. Access to the online education will remain available until the end of your membership period.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, including those made for CPR classroom training, CE training, or CPR Fast Track appointments.

  • CPR Fast Track (Blended Learning): Online materials are purchased and assigned to you once registration is complete. These materials are non-transferable and cannot be reused. You will have up to 1 year to complete the online portion. No refunds will be issued after materials have been assigned.

8. CPR Continuing Education

Continuing education credits for CPR are available exclusively through Fast Track (blended learning) trainings for:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy and the benefits associated with membership at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website.
